Le club est composé d’un comité à 5 membres ; un président, un vice-président, un secrétaire, un caissier et un cantinier. Il est ensuite élargi par divers membres qui ont une fonction annexe, comme le rédacteur du journal du RCE, responsable technique par exemple.
